FTPDir is returning something different than either the "ls" command on z/Linux does or a regular FTP "dir". On z/Linux (SUSE), the directory structure is
/var/zdumpanalyzer/serverdumps/
with
/var/zdumpanalyzer/serverdumps/shatst
as a sub-directory.
When I issue FTPDIR from within my REXX program, this sub-directory doesn't show up. However the contents of it do. The output from a PUTTY session is shown in "FTP LINUX.TXT". The results from a DOS FTP session are in "FTP DOS.TXT". These two are in agreement. The FTPDIR output is shown in "FTP FTPDIR.TXT".

I'm waiting for the trace for the FTPDIR output.

This apparently is a case of a different output being produced by this particular version of Linux. I'm closing this ticket.
