#1462 Memory leak when creating many Rexx interpreter instances

The attached zip archive contains everything that causes either a memory leak or crashes, and one stacktracs (with the acommpanying output of the test program until the crash).

The readme.txt file gives a synopsis and how to run the program (main.rex).

With r11319 this crash cannot be reproduced in Windows anymore. The hang at the end of the run is caused by main.rex, enclosed please find the corrected main.rex program that properly uses unguarded.
