#8 ooqstart corrupts ximian panels

After installed 0.8.3-1 the panels become corrupted at
logout/login.
Just after a logout, a window display a message about
some error in the panel/application (to fast to read
anything - the logout process closes the window before
I can read anything).

At login, all applets in the panel are duplicated and
sometimes, I lost the panels at all.

Removing ooqstart from the panel the things go back to
the normal.

I am using RedHat 7.2, Ximian desktop (up to date),
kernel 2.4.18.
