oopinyinguide 0.0.3 has been released !

oopinyinguide 0.0.3 has been released with the following changes:
* Preview box now works and is using the correct font
* Buttons "Individual" and "Combinations" work
* Added French and Simplified Chinese localizations
* Moved menu item to the "Format" menu
* Fixed various small bugs related to the conversion/parsing of pinyin
* Removed duplicate dictionary file in the archives
* Fixed some wrongly placed entries in the CEDICT file
* Improved text file documentation

Please note that the project is still pre-alpha and has still lots of bugs. Use it at your own risk !
