[Oopic-compiler-devel] Documentation

I've uploaded those two HTML files (object property list and op-codes list)
to the "Project Documentation" page on Sourceforge, just so we have a
central copy.

I've also granted us all admin rights to the Sourceforge documentation
manager, which means we can all upload/edit documents.  We can store plain
text and HTML files.  We can also specify whether uploaded files are
private to us, or publicly viewable.
