#43 End support for 0.3.x files

Version 0.3.x checked files into SVN in the structure ~/.ooosvn/[docname]/ rather than ~/.ooosvn/[docuuid]/. Support for the old files was included in 0.4.x to enable a transfer between the two.

Now it is becoming worse to support this older path with new features being added. It is therefore highly preferable to remove support for 0.3.x files in a future release. This will not happen on 0.4.x but is a possibility for 0.5.x.
