#34 Handle password protected repositories

Currently OOoSVN will not work with a repository that requires a password. The current workaround is to manually access the repository from the command line at which point the user will be prompted for a username and password which may then be stored for future use, allowing OOoSVN to access the repo.

In future, OOoSVN should be able to detect that a repo is password protected on first connection and prompt for a username and password.
