#20 After reverting a document, trying to commit changes fails

If a document is reverted and then the file is edited and recommitted, the commit process fails. A document reload in between solves this problem. This is bizarre as a document reload is done automatically anyway to reload the reverted version.

Also may affect thumbnail browser, document compare and recovery module.
