#21 Shared installation can't write OOoLatex.sh

Hi,

in a shared installation the directory
/var/spool/openoffice/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/UKmep6_/OOoLatex-4.0.0-beta-2-linux.oxt
is only root-writable, and "Save" the "Conifg" dialog can't write OOoLatex.sh in that location,
throwing an exception.

OOoLatex should handle this more gracefully, and e.g. mention the permission problem
and directory in an error message window.
