#18 OOoLattex beta 2 crash

Hi,
on Vista Ultimate 64 bit openoffice 3.1, OOoLatex beta 2, ghostscript 8.63, msys 1.01 and Miktex 2.7, enter 'E=1' in expand latex window results in a crash
of OOoLatex. Error window(a) :BASIC-Laufzeitfehler,Datei nicht gefunden. A second error window shows a debug-editor window at section
[Meine Makros & Dialoge].OOlatex. In function MakeEquation(IEqSize=12,sEqType=inline,sCode=E=1) the highlight code row:
Shell(sShellCommand, 4, sShellArg, true) is marked.

Any hints?
