I'm new to iMath, after the adapting the configuration using "." as decimal separator and after rereading the manual, the item concerning the precision is solved for me with the switch "Fixed point notation"
decimal numbers using "," instead of "."
Thanks for reporting this bug (it is a bug, though your work-around is OK). I didn't understand the issue about the precision not working, though.
Changed the language as shown in attachment, and all the problems where solved.
In the edit window, After modifying a value I need manually change "," to "." , and I need to press the OK button. When I first press the APPLY and then the OK button, the program gives an error.

Thanks for reporting this. Did you install the .oxt through the Extension manager? The .oxt was built in Ubuntu 22.04, so that is probably the problem. Unfortunately, Launchpad does not accept build requests for 22.10 any more (it says that version is obsolete). If you absolutely must use 22.10, then the only way forward would be to build iMath yourself (I can assist you with this). Otherwise, the best way is to update Ubuntu e.g. to 23.04 and install from my PPA https://launchpad.net/~jrheinlae...
