Your command line syntax doesn't appear complete. It shows: java -cp jdom.jar:OOJerge.jar -f fromFile -d dataFile -t toFile
Is this just a typo on OOJMerge.jar? Putting this in still doesn't seem to work - are there any other dependancies?
