#17 java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
Hello, I build a library from cvs and it throws me this exception, here is stackTrace:

When I try debug this method:
public RawData(byte[] value, int start, int len) {...}
It gives me this input values before exception:

The lib assumes each BuddyIcon packet contains a 16 bytes hash value as specified in the reference specification. It looks like sometimes it's not the case.
Or this could be related to another issue where the lib does not wait for all SNAC parts when a SNAC is divided in separate packets. But this should happen only for large contact lists with more than 110 contacts/groups.
I could not reproduce this issue but it happens with some users who are able to help me debug.
