Ooii shutdown

Add shutdown pannel with :

- shutdown, restart, sleep
- logout, lock, switch user
- task manager, system, applications wizard

initialy made for windows 8 because of lack of shutdown options on start screen, work on any windows version > XP

right clic on the exe : "Pin to Start" to add it to windows 8 start screen.

drag the exe to the taskbar to add it to the taskbar

(i suggest to first copy the executable in program folder)

shortcuts :

escape : exit application
enter or s or 1 : shutdown
r or 2 : restart
o or 3 : logout
b or 4 : sleep
l or 5 : lock
w or 6 : switch user
a or 7 : application wizard
c or 8 : configuration
t or 9 : task manager
