  I've attached a file that with a DIFF between the OO2C CVS sources (as of July 2011) and my fixes combined with fixed by Alexander Shiryaev. My Git repository with commented commits can be found here: https://github.com/AlexIljin/oo2c
  Michael, please consider importing the fixes into the OO2C CVS repository on SourceForge.
