(IO:TextRider) Apply patch from Michael Mokeev to ReadLn: ReadChar
sees LF when called after a ReadLn.

(Object:BigInt) Syntax error now returns NIL.

(Logger) Report() should write to debug log even if the report log is
disabled.

There are also many enhancements to the C header to Oberon converter
H2O.  The tar ball contains the current sources from CVS, but the tool
is not build by default.
