(PROBLEMS) Added workaround for IRIX 5.3 readdir_r().

(oo2c) Change evaluation of procedure argument to "right to left".
Matching the C calling conventions like this provides a >2% speedup to
the compiler executable.

(oo2c) Check that the length of an `ARRAY n OF' definition is a
constant expression.

(oo2c) Apply constant folding to set comparison.  (bug #958967)

(Object:BigInt) x.Equals(NIL) is always FALSE.
