#39 No VideoSources listed, if temporarily no Profile exists

The ONVIF specification only recommends that on device startup, at least a single streamable Media profile should exist. However, it is possible to delete all profiles at once on various devices. Even if the device somehow recovers into a legal state later on (e.g. hard reset or another managment system creates new profiles), ODM becomes unsuitable for managing a device in that state.

In this case, ODM no longer lists any Video Sources, and hence the menu points for creating new Media profiles are also gone.
