#38 PTZ configurations should be filtered by GetCompatibleConfigurations

Currently, all PTZ configurations are wrongly listed when editing a profile. This results in listing PTZ configurations which are not applicable due to conflicting configurations. (E.g. PTZ configuration is unrelated to active Video Source.)

ODM should be querying GetCompatibleConfigurations on the PTZ service to obtain only compatible configurations, rather than wrongly querying the unfiltered GetConfigurations.
