Did you have enabled security on your camera? (for axis, usually, you can disable security by removing users on web ui)
We are going to upload pre-release in nearest future, with security support, it will resolve such issues.

I am also having a problem with this camera using release 2.2.198
When trying to connect the camera i see this message:
The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'.
This occurs even if i select 'Enable anonymous viewer login' via the camera webpage. For this device I am unable to remove the administrator user as suggested.

This may have been an issue with the onvif users as at the time i had not realised that onvif specific users had to be added and used. I am due to go on holiday at the end of the week, if i have time i will double check this for you.
