OntoNorm Beta

OntoNorm was developed during University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's participation in the BioCreative 3's PPI-IMT. The goal of this project is to train machine learning algorithms to automatically map concepts in an ontology to text.

Please note that OntoNorm is in beta and many sections of code do not have proper documentation. If you have questions or find bugs, please feel free to contact me (Shashank Agarwal) via email or using the "Tickets" feature in this project.
