On the Fly Downloader download

On the Fly Downloader (formerly known as RemoteDrive) allows using files from the web locally. A local file is created, which behaves like a fully downloaded copy even though the download is still in progress.

Remote files are made available to applications through local filesystem
An access to a not-yet-downloaded location in a file downloads that location first
Simple download manager
Automatic resuming of interrupted downloads
Accelerated downloading: Multiple connections per file are possible
Automatic detection of a new download being a mirror of an ongoing one
Segmented downloading from multiple mirrors simultaneously
Queue
Supported protocols: HTTP
GUI (graphical user interface)
CLI (command-line interface) for browser integration
Uses the "Pismo File Mount" virtual filesystem library by Pismo Technic Inc.
