The Project

I created this project after visiting my local library one time. I wondered to myself why they didn't have any content online and so I went and looked for any platforms which they could use. I didn't find any so I created this. The code I generated is a product of what I expect a library to have in its online counterpart. The security design is modeled from my experience setting up the streaming media capabilities for a University. The security currently is designed to block unauthorized users from getting access. At this point all registered users have access. Research on what is needed legality for access rules is needed. Unfortunately due to a bug in the design of the Flash Player where it doesn't have the session cookies from its parent web browser, not all content could not be completely blocked from unauthorized access. In addition to this htm documents are also not completely secured. This is due to the necessity of either processing the document or rewriting the document to use the script for the url of its attached local files.
