I wanted to use Bangla Ankur latest i Macbook Pro 13"with Registered MS Office 2008 for Mac. But After doing every thing I could not write PARTHA PRATIM. The conjunct breaks down. I use Macos Yosemite. Moreover I had to find Bagla Ankur in English input source not in Bangla group, where I had to select US English also. Is there any special step that I have missed? Or it will simply not work with MSOffice 2008 or Macos Yosemite combination?

Onkur is working as advertised. MS Office 2008 or 2011 for Mac does nor support unicode fonts properly. This is why you are having problems with conjunct consonants. You can use Textedit and save text in .rtf if you want to input bangla with onkur. Textedit is fully unicode aware and will let you do some simple formatting like bold, italics, underline etc.
If you have limited formatting needs, you may want to skip MS Office altogether.
I have been a Mac user for many years and have developed a website http://supriyosen.net for learning and writing Bangla on all platforms. I may be able to give you more specific help if you email me at sen.supriyo@gmail.com.
