The program has several modes so that you need to click on a mode and the perform your operation.

Make a circle:

Click on the circle mode.
Click where you want the center of your circle to be.
Click on where you want the edge of your circle to be.
Done!

Make a line:

Click on the line mode
Click where you want to start your line
Click where you want to end your line
Done!

Make an arrow:

Click on the arrow mode.
Click where you want the end of your arrow to be.
Click where you want the head of your arrow to be.
Done!

Make a box:

Click on the box mode
Click where you want the upper left of your box.
Click where you want the lower right of your box.
Done!

• Also you could have click on the lower left and then upper right (that works too)

Make a textbox:

Click on the text mode
Click where you want your text to start
Type your message
Done!

Undo:

Simultaneously press CONTROL and Z to undo anything, forever! There are no re-do's.

Save

Simultaneously press CONTROL and S to save the file to your current directory as pic2.png

• Be sure to change the name of your file after you save it to prevent the next file from saving over the previously saved file.
