Hi,
i discovered that varchar(255) for value in pxeconf table can be to short sometimes.
I was trying to run HP HP Service Pack for ProLiant Interactive Firmware Update Version 2013.09.0 and APPEND for pxe config exceeds this 255 chars. Ive expand this type to varchar(400) (mysql 5.0.3 version and up handle this), delete problematic profile and boot image upload again and it start work flawlessly. It
s visible properlly on tab PXE boot profiles under PXE settings menu.
Maybe it`s worth to notice that profile is inserted to pxeconf mysql table one time during import zipped package of vmlinuz, initrd.img and .ockimage files. I was trying to figure out making changes in .ockimage file :(
I`m using ock-1.20.
my APPEND line:
BOOT-2-3:APPEND;initrd=img/IMAGE/initrd.img media=net rw root=/dev/ram0 ramdisk_size=808296 init=/bin/init loglevel=3 ide=nodma ide=noraid nopat pnpbios=off vga=791 splash=silent hp_fibre showopts noexec32=off numa=off nox2apic TYPE=MANUAL AUTOPOWEROFFONSUCCESS=no iso1=nfs://10.121.89.119/spp2013090 iso1opts=nolock,hard,intr,vers=3,ro iso1mnt=/mnt/bootdevice
Attached .ockimage file start HP Service Pack for ProLiant in manual mode.
Thanks for your work - this is really great tool
