The 'assignees' field in the grading area is warped.
The assignees for an assignment should automatically be
derived from the CLASS LIST at the time of grading, not
from the class list at the time the assignment was
created. For instance, if this is the sequence of events:

1) Add users a, b, c to course section BLAH1234
2) release assignment 1 for BLAH1234
3) Add users d, e, f to course section BLAH1234
4) remove student c from BLAH1234
5) all students turn in their homework
6) instructor goes to grade assignment 1.

in the last step, students a, b, d, e, and f should be
available to assign grades. Currently, a, b, and c
(yes, c) are the only options.
