About Box

Each Component that has a GUI (either rich or thin client) has to show 
an about box with the following information:

*Project ONE: www.one-project.eu
*<name and version of the component>: <version>
*release date: <date>
*Developed by: <partner> (<URL>)
*Licences: <licences list> [a URL can be privided]
*What's new: <list of changes per version> [a URL can be provided

I let the portal designer to define a common way to show these information
