[One-project-devel] use of SF bug/issue tracker

Hi,

in SF the tracker/feature tracker has been activated and configured.
I highlight the importance of using it, in addition it will be used 
intensively by the users during the trials, this is the right moment to 
get acquainted with it. In Soluta.Net it is already in use for the 
Editor and the SetupManager.
Last but not least it encourage the adoption and it's a noteworthy 
feature to show to the Commission
