#52 Unable to suppress WARNING messages

As you requested trying to attach a zip of the entire tarball source for
you to merge.

Changes done:
- Replaced in some places System.out with VERBOSE in Boot.java
- Commented out in the WARNING method System.err

Not sure if attach will work....will send you by e-mail, if wont work.
