well, just to say that I used 2.0 factor because there was an example in
the design doc or in the wiki that you could gather silver with level 25
being of level 10 or so (the factor should be > 2.5 in that case). I
think that it's good to have it a bit limited too, 1.8 sounds fine, I
also put 2.0 instead of 2.5 for that reason.
I'll commit the code to the CVS in a while; it's the whole skill manager
(these things that I was asking are only the parts that could be of
interest of the content list) and it requires a lot of changes in a lot
of files, and I have to be careful to not interfere with the interface
and network switch (they asked people to not make commits that could
broke the CVS code).
