#170 SrcEdit: minifont missing characters

The standard small font that SrcEdit comes with is
missing all the characters from 0x14 through 0x1A
except for the shortcut character (0x17), although that
one looks kind of retarded and I vote for a makeover...
but I digress.

The only real problem with this is that there is no
ellipses (0x18), although I haven't checked the higher
characters, so they might not exist either.
