#120 OnBC: Better parsing of DOC files

As suggested by Philippe Guillot:

"It would be nice also to allow the compilation of more
than 64k doc files. It is not necessary to load all the file
in a chunk as it is done now. Loading source line by line
works."

This would be a great improvement IMHO

As an interim fix, it'd be a big improvement if attempting to
compile a large file resulted in something other than a Fatal
error (ie, fail gracefully and give a sensible error to the user...)

Note that a fix for the fatal error has been committed to CVS (under a separate task).
