#117 SrcEdit: Auto-paren overhaul

Instead of "toggle auto-paren" in the menu there should
be "set auto-parens" which brings up a form where you
can define any number of sets of characters. The first
character is the trigger character, and the second is
the one that gets put after entering the first
character. We probably need a better term than paren too.

I came up with this because I wanted the
double-quotation mark as an auto-paren character. But I
can think of some cases where you wouldn't want this,
and then I thought that making this feature more
generic (==more widely useful) would really be fantastic.
