[Onboardc-project] commit permission?

Hello!  I just tried to commit roger.txt and was informed
that I didn't have write permission for the repository.  Did
I goof up the checkout (cvs co OnBoardC), or is there some
list somewhere that I need to be added to?  I have a bug
assigned to me, the code is checked out in my name, etc.

My sourceforge id is sfdennis.
