If there's something you want to do, go ahead and do it. The bug/ 
issue trackers have a heap of bugs that you can work on if you'd like.

I build OnBoardC with PRC-Tools on a Mac. PRC-Tools on Windows should  
be fine I guess. PODS might work too (I never looked at PODS because  
it's Windows only and I don't do Windows).

If you want CVS commit rights you'll have to register as a developer.
