Oooops, as John rightly pointed out, Lincoln was working on another
couple of things:

>  1933250  OBA: Don't attempt to run OBDebug.
>  1931059  Building without OnBoardHeader.h leaks memory.

I'd like to get these in before the release as well if possible...
