#51 OnBC: notify if prototype doesn't match

I humbly request that OnBoardC, while compiling, notify
the user if a prototype of a function and the actual
function do not match.

I don't know if this is even possible, or easy, or
doable without wasting tons of memory, but it's an
idea. Also, redundancy is quite redundant.
