#31 OnBC: Precedence problems

As per Philippe Guillot's email:

"Some precedence operator is not managed according to
the standard definition ( assignement = for instance)
This is not really a problem when it is known, but
perhaps it should be documented somewhere."

Is suggest this should be documented straight away,
then fixed ASAP.

I also think the priority should be moved up to 6 or 7
because its important _and_ a relatively easy fix (presumably).
