#25 OnBA: Documentation for standalone use

Since OnBA started being more useful as a standalone
assembler, it would be very useful to have some
documentation as to how to do this. Several people
have figured bits out for themselves, and volunteered
their own findings as a starting point for this
documentation.

Could possibly include information about how to use
inline asm from OnBC, although this might be better
suited to the OnBC manual, with a reference to this
documentation.
