In libomxjpeg-0.1. In cderror.h, cdjpeg.h, jinclude.h, rdbmp.c, wrbmp.c,
there's no license information. Only copyright disclaim, which means all
rights reserved => no rights granted.
Can you please modify the header of these files to comply free software licenses?
