#10 Incorrect Top Margin on Epson Photo 820

Whenever I print the Red Hat test page on my Epson
Photo Stylus 820, the page is shifted down by about
3/8th of an inch. IE the top marge should be 1/2 an
inch and instead is printed 7/8th of an inch down, and
the bottom margin should be 1/2 and inch and is instead
about 1/8th of an inch. Everything else about the page
seems to print normally. Is there some configuration
option I can change to correct for this?
