We all know the end of this story, of course, which is that humans are
very good at taking inevitable, horrible things and painting them as
wonderful - or putting them out of sight and out of mind.<br>

overcome the limitations imposed on us by our genes, our evolution and

Therein lies the question - certainly faster for every additional
individual who stands up to support, advocate or advance medical
research. phpCongratulations are due to the Foundation volunteers and
all the generous donors of the past few years - working together, you
have greatly advanced the cause of healthy life extension research.
htmlHELP PROMOTE THE OPEN LETTER ON AGING RESEARCHThe Scientists' Open
Letter on Aging Research is not, in my opinion at least, receiving the
press attention it deserves. phpIt demonstrates what can be done with
precision chemistry these days. VOLUNTEER WITH THE METHUSELAH
FOUNDATION! That would be pleasant indeed - but we have much work to do
in order to reach that point:h phpThe point to take away, I think, is
that we have a way to go in terms of helping people to change the way
they think about aging and the possibility of extending the healthy
human life span. - the latest issue of Rejuvenation Research is out too.
phpMany other skills and helping hands are also required; if you have
the volunteer mindset and time to give, then help the Methuselah
Foundation in the fight to cure aging!<br>
Our descendants will look back, I predict, and thank us for making their
world of longer, healthier lives possible.<br>
I have decided that I should act in support of healthy life extension
research, for reasons both selfish and altruistic.<br>
They are now cheerfully taking advantage of it all, however - riding the
wave is half the battle in the publishing world. I don't see that as
correct.<br>
Your present day actions and inactions will have ever-greater
consequences, good and bad, as the years pass, and it is best to be
aware and prepared.<br>
It's a good time to be watching progress in longevity advocacy and
research; the waters are starting to rise! Competition and variety are
good signs - may the best methodologies win.<br>
