<DIV align=left><FONT face=Arial size=2>After many years of trying we have finally commenced trading in the common shares of Global Agri-Med Technologies, Inc. under the symbol GAGO. More importantly we have reconfirmed the interest of PIF Medical of Nottingham in acting as our wholesaler in the United Kingdom. Over the next few weeks we expect to formalize the terms of that distribution arrangement.</FONT></DIV>
