[Omniprint-developer] Epson LQ570 - strange behaviour

Hallo,

I have tried OMNI (v.0.9.1) with CUPS (1.1.20) - both compiled from 
source code - and printer Epson LQ 570+.
I must say, that OMNI is the only "driver" which works, as either native 
CUPS or Foomatic does not.

But when I print second and others pages (A4 format), it prints a line 
(approx. 2cm from the top of page) and then it prints required text; but 
of course the last line is then too close to the bottom or even on the 
next page.
I am not able to find any error message (eg in /var/log/cups/error_log).

Could you help me please, what to check or what can be wrong? Is an 
error on my side or in OMNI drivers? What can I check? Do you want any log?

P.S. I should say, that under windows98 it prints without (big) problems.
