Hi Tim,

Is it possible to have both directory structures expressible at the same
time?  We were told by the LSB to have the /opt/Omni directory structure.
However, it seems that every vendor wants to ignore that structure and
place us somewhere else.
It seems like it is easier to give up at this point.

The *.xsd files are needed in theory.  I don't know if libxml actually uses
them to validate the xml files.  They need to be one directory level up
from the xml files.  I would certainly install them.
