Quite.  I just want to fix the "gimp-print" driver link that's been
broken on my site for maybe a year now.

I dunno, this still breaks upgrades: if a user of 4.2 installs 4.4
someday, then any like-named option settings should still exist.  If
we explicitly version the thing, then all the option settings go away.

Using "gimp-print" and "gimp-print-devel" allows things to work
approximately as they should.
