#32 speed down the cpu when critical temperature is reached

Hi,

I have a Toshiba Satellite A70, using openSUSE 10.3 and omnibook module.

I have a big problem when the processor gets 82ºC, the laptop shutdown itself, its very frustrating.

I would like to have some daemon so when for example the processor gets 80º or 81ºC it automatically force/downgrade the CPU state (from max. speed to low speed), I do this manually all the time, but sometimes just happens in middle of work :( .

I also wish you could help me, I have read many post of people with this same problem, specially with this Toshiba model.

This fuction could be an option/future in omnibook module or a new helper program?
