#126 character delete problem and resetlvl script not working

In 1038, I can't delete any character made even
with/without a vaild email address. I've tried to put in
something@something.com, blank, and user@athena,
none of these work.

Also, the script command "resetlvl;" cannot be
ecognized. It doesn't reset level.
