#110 NPC's fail to load sometimes.

In a lot of my crashes (with map.c if you look for that
thread) when the server reloads a lot of NPCs are gone
and missing, whats strange is monsters load and they
are a script, the same used as NPCs. However the
NPC's do not load, anyone have a similar problem ?

I might as well post here but since no coders look at
this forum, heh I feel i have a duty to report em even if
they won't even get looked at.
